Health Policy Research

Conducting research to assess California’s overall health needs, disease epidemiology, and health delivery and outcomes is important in identifying factors that influence the availability and accessibility of oral health care to Californians.

The CDA Foundation’s Health Policy Research initiatives provide public agencies, academic institutions and policy makers with important information and recommendations regarding the status and trends of issues important to the health of Californians. In order to maintain the highest level of credibility, the CDA Foundation partners with well-respected, independent research organizations to engage in relevant and pressing issues facing dentistry and health care.
