When you support the Friends of the CDA Foundation, your generous contributions benefit the CDA Foundation Grant Fund Program and you join many of your dentist colleagues and friends, dental team members, dental organizations, and businesses that are collectively making a caring difference among California’s underserved children, elderly and working families.

Where your gift will make an impact

The CDA Foundation Grant Program offers significant financial support to local oral health service agencies in your community by providing up to $25,000 per year for special oral health projects including community treatment clinics, mobile dental programs, and expansion of care. The Foundation’s goal is to provide $1 million in support to 40 local organizations annually.

The BE A FRIEND Campaign objective is to create a greater sense of awareness of and increase the amount of Friends of the CDA Foundation as well as educate about programmatic needs and success.

Friends of the CDA Foundation Gift Levels

Becoming a Friend of the CDA Foundation is an important step to becoming a partner in the collective ability of dentistry to help improve the oral health of Californians. The  success of these endeavors cannot be effectively accomplished one individual at a time. Rather, a collective effort of dedicated donors like you who are passionate about helping people live healthy, happy lives is how we can "make a difference."

Enrolling is as easy as making a tax-deductible contribution at any one of the following levels:

New Dentist Friend-$100 annual donation (per years in practice)
Benefactor - $250 quarterly donation
Bronze - $650 quarterly donation
Silver - $1250 quarterly donation
Gold - $2500 quarterly donation
Platinum - $3750 quarterly donation
