Who Gives

By becoming a Friend of the Foundation, you partner with fellow colleagues in making a direct impact on the lives of infants, children, working families and the elderly. Friends of the Foundation supports the CDA Foundation Grant program that provides significant financial support to local oral health service agencies in your community.
