Friends of the Foundation

By becoming a Friend of the CDA Foundation, you partner with fellow colleagues in making a direct impact on the lives of infants, children, working families and the elderly. Friends of the CDA Foundation support the CDA Foundation Grant program that provides significant financial support to local oral health service agencies in your community.
