Mobile Dental Grant Program Recipients

The Mobile Dental Grant Program offers financial support to a wide variety of community oral health projects that increase access to care for vulnerable people in California. These programs are often the only safety net for families to receive dental care services. While most community organizations receive some state and federal funding, much of the care provided is uncompensated.

Organizations supported through the Mobile Dental Grant Program include nonprofit mobile dental projects in California that address either:

  1. Preventive and referral care (including sealants, fluoride varnishes, and oral health education, and must have a verified referral system in place for those in need of restorative treatment); or
  2. Restorative care (direct oral health treatment services in California). By supporting local efforts to expand access to care through financial grants, the CDA Foundation is able to effectively partner with local organization’s to enhance their ability to positively impact the most vulnerable people across the state.
