A Gift That Matters Debuts at the House
The CDA Foundation’s latest video A Gift That Matters tells the story of Ramses and Stephanie as examples of the dramatic life changes that happen thanks to our donors like you.
Amelogenesis Imperfecta is a genetic condition that impedes the development of enamel. Without enamel on their teeth, 16 year-old twins Stephanie and Ramses have difficulty eating, brushing their teeth, and are self-conscious about smiling. Not something any teenager needs to be worrying about. Thanks in part to a grant from the CDA Foundation, that’s all about to change.
Dr. Al Fallah is part of the dedicated team treating both Ramses and Stephanie. His goal is to give Stephanie her new smile for her junior prom this upcoming spring and Ramses shortly thereafter. We will be sure to keep you updated, with photos, on their progress.
