EFT’s offer a fast, convenient way to contribute to the CDA Foundation on an ongoing basis. With your permission, the CDA Foundation, will automatically withdraw an amount you specify from your checking account at recurring intervals at your request.

Your bank statement will provide you with a record of each transaction and, for tax purposes, you will also receive a receipt from the CDA Foundation.

You may cancel or change your EFT authorization at any time simply by contacting us.
