“I have found my calling,” stated Dr. James Forester, 2007 Student Loan Repayment Grant Recipient. “This is the population that I desire to treat and look forward to a career in which I never have to turn a patient away based on what type of insurance they have. It is my opportunity and responsibility as a pediatric dentist to see all children in need.” A 2002 graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, Dr. James Forester is serving at La Clinica de Tolosa in Paso Robles, specializing in pediatric dentistry. Clinica de Tolosa Dental Clinic is a full-service clinic offering dental care and oral health services for children and adolescents from low-income families, as well as emergency dental care for low-income adults.

Dr. Forester is a pediatric trained and board certified dentist with extensive experience both in various regions of US and abroad, including dental mission trips. Dr. Forester has articulated that he has a lifelong desire to help underserved populations.
