Complete and submit your online application and all requested and applicable attachments (scan into file format to attach to application packet) no later than March 31.
Receipt of all applications will be acknowledged via an automated e-mail message following your application submission online. During the review of your application, Foundation staff may contact you for additional information.
Please keep individual attachments under 300k. Please click here for scanning tips.
Approval from CDA Foundation staff is required prior to accepting e-mailed applications. If you are experiencing difficulties submitting the online application, please contact the CDA Foundation staff via e-mail at jolene.murray@cda.org to request an alternative submission method and a Word document of the grant application will be sent to you for completion.
Thank You Letters
Recipients are encouraged to acknowledge receipt of their scholarship by writing a thank you letter. These letters should be sent to:
